What sets it apart
Series Four combines an Apex top with a microcoil comfort layer marketed as 4K Micro Coils.
Our take
The top and additional small coils are the meaningful changes to evaluate. The 4K label should not be read as a verified queen-specific total coil count.
Reasons to consider it
Comfort layers over a spring core offer a way to combine cushioning with a more responsive underlying support system.
The tradeoff
Hybrid construction alone does not establish edge strength, motion isolation or cooling. Those vary with the specific layer design.
These comfort observations are editorial inferences from construction and published firmness, not results of hands-on testing.
Price and configurations
The recorded queen price is $4,899. This is a dated mattress-only offer, not a live checkout quote.
For context, the Black Mattress Series Four starts at $4,899 in this catalog, the same recorded starting price. Compare the construction and firmness below before treating the difference as an upgrade.

Trial, returns and setup
The product information advertises 100 nights for the home trial on direct purchases. Check the required adjustment period, pickup or return fees, condition rules, eligible foundations and warranty exclusions. A retailer purchase may have different terms.
