What sets it apart
A current Sam's Club listing describes a twelve-inch Sealy Icon with gel memory foam and a cool-touch cover. The pricing record does not identify a matching configuration.
Our take
Confirm the exact retailer model before using the recorded price range. We have not reconciled that range with the currently listed twelve-inch Icon, so it is excluded from price-based recommendations.
Reasons to consider it
A coil-free design is worth comparing if you prefer a quieter, less spring-driven response.
The tradeoff
A foam comfort stack may feel more enclosing and make position changes less effortless than a responsive spring or latex build.
These comfort observations are editorial inferences from construction and published firmness, not results of hands-on testing.
Price and configurations
Our September 10 pricing record contains $960 and $1,150 for the Icon family. We could not match those amounts to the current retailer-listed 12-inch version. They are not presented as a verified buying price.
Price snapshot: September 10, 2026. USD, before tax. Delivery, accessories, bases and later promotions can change your total.
Trial, returns and setup
Confirm the current home trial directly with the seller. Check the required adjustment period, pickup or return fees, condition rules, eligible foundations and warranty exclusions. A retailer purchase may have different terms.
