What sets it apart
This 7 7/8-inch mattress uses three foam layers, including phase-change gel-coated plush foam and memory foam, arranged with five comfort zones. Its cover is removable and machine washable.
Our take
Based on the published materials, it is the cooling-oriented upgrade over ÅKREHAMN, although both share a similar height and firmness menu.
Reasons to consider it
A coil-free design is worth comparing if you prefer a quieter, less spring-driven response.
The tradeoff
A foam comfort stack may feel more enclosing and make position changes less effortless than a responsive spring or latex build.
These comfort observations are editorial inferences from construction and published firmness, not results of hands-on testing.
Price and configurations
The recorded queen price is $449. This is a dated mattress-only offer, not a live checkout quote.
For context, the VALEVÅG Pocket Spring starts at $399 in this catalog, $50 less than ÅBROTTEN Foam. Compare the construction and firmness below before treating the difference as an upgrade.
